Diana was raised as a protestant, and I was raised as a Roman Catholic. When Diana and I were dating, we had discussions about religion, and of the differences between Catholics and protestants. I knew what I believed, but I didn't know all of the reasons behind those beliefs. After doing some research on these topics, and sharing what I had learned with her, she realized that we Catholics had very good reasons for our beliefs, and she converted to Catholicism. We were married about two years later.

Catholics and protestants agree on most things -- we're all Christians -- but there are some significant differences. Here are some of the disagreements between protestants and Catholics, and some brief explanations of the Catholic side of the story. Maybe you'll be like Diana, and see that Catholicism makes a lot of sense.
